45 Selected for Leadership Tuscaloosa Class of 2026

Forty-five individuals have been selected for the 2025-26 class of Leadership Tuscaloosa, a nine-month leadership development program presented by Shelton State Community College.
Facilitated by The Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama, Leadership Tuscaloosa provides a foundation for potential leaders to be involved and thrive in the community. Through networking and intentional programming, each participant will become more aware of and sensitive to the wide range of opportunities in Tuscaloosa County to meet the community’s need for informed, responsible and effective leadership.
Shay Lawson, CEO of Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors, will serve as this year’s chair. She is a 2007 graduate of Leadership Tuscaloosa and an active member of the Leadership Tuscaloosa Alumni Association.
