Chamber Seeks Vendors for Nov. 19 Holiday Market

The Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama is now accepting vendor applications for the eighth annual Celebrate Local, which will take place Wednesday, Nov. 19, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Bryant Conference Center on The University of Alabama’s campus.
Exhibitor booths are available for purchase online at westalabamachamber.com/events.
This year’s event, Celebrate Local: Shop the Halls, shifts from its usual summer schedule to the holiday season. The move is intended to highlight local retailers during one of the busiest shopping periods of the year.
Vendors will join local boutiques, restaurants, artisans and service providers in showcasing products and services to hundreds of attendees. Guests will have the opportunity to shop for holiday gifts, sample seasonal food, and support small businesses. Admission is free, and the event is open to the public.
The final two hours of the event, from 5 to 7 p.m., will also serve as The Chamber’s monthly Business After Hours, offering a holiday-inspired “Sip ’n Shop” experience for guests.
“Celebrate Local has always been about connecting our community with the businesses that make West Alabama unique,” said The Chamber’s Senior Director of Programs and Operations Alicia Gregory. “Bringing the event into the holiday season gives us the chance to showcase these businesses when people are most eager to shop and celebrate.”
Celebrate Local: Shop the Halls is presented by Visit Tuscaloosa and Premier Service Company.
