Chamber Senior Director of Programs and Operations Graduates from U.S. Chamber's Institute for Organization Management

The Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama is proud to announce that Senior Director of Programs and Operations Alicia Gregory has graduated from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation's Institute for Organization Management (IOM), the nation's premier professional development program for association and chamber professionals.
As an IOM graduate, Gregory has completed 96 hours of in-depth instruction in nonprofit management across leadership, advocacy, marketing, finance, and membership development. This prestigious achievement also positions her to earn credit toward the Certified Chamber Executive (CCE) designation—one of the highest honors in the chamber industry.

Nearly 1,000 individuals attend IOM annually, with participants recognized nationwide as leaders in their organizations and industries. The program includes four weeklong sessions hosted at university campuses across the country, allowing attendees to build lasting networks and gain critical skills that directly enhance their organizations' missions and impact.
