
Diverse Business Council Announces 2025 DBC Summit

The Diverse Business Council (DBC) of West Alabama, a program of The Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama, is proud to present the 2025 DBC Summit on Tuesday, April 29, from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Tuscaloosa River Market. The 2025 Diversity Summit is presented by Alabama Power and Cadence Bank.
The DBC Summit is an annual event designed to facilitate conversations on workplace diversity, with the goal of increasing awareness and offering actionable solutions. This year’s discussion will highlight key aspects of diversity, focusing on the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with special needs, and the Hispanic community.
The event will feature expert panelists, including:
Huey Rudder, Druid City Pride
Caitlin Hynes, Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services
Tiffany Moore, Happy Hands
Maribel Magana, Armstrong Immigration
The panel will be moderated by Jabaree Prewitt of WVUA 23.
