Marlee has been a member of the Chamber Staff since September 2022.

Her responsibilities include maintaining the Chamber facility, conducting and planning Executive Committee and Board of Director meetings each month, overseeing the tenants in the Chamber's facility, providing administrative support, assisting with the setup and takedown of Chamber events, handling bookings for the rentable meeting rooms in the Chamber's facility, planning and overseeing the Chamber's monthly Smart Series Trainings, and overseeing the Veterans Affairs Council and helping the council with the annual Run for the Wall event.

Marlee also assists with the annual Tuscaloosa County Civic Hall of Fame induction, keeping track of active nominations, scheduling the initial Committee vote and the Blind Committee vote for the induction, and keeping up with the maintenance and new inductee installs each year on the Wall of Fame in Government Plaza.  

Before joining the Chamber team, Marlee served as Transaction Coordinator for Keller Williams (Global Homes Group) and spent several years working for Express Employment Professionals as a Staffing Consultant for the Industrial Division.

Marlee loves spending time with her family. She has two daughters, Emalyn and Piper. She is a huge Arkansas Razorback football fan.
