Morgan joined the Chamber staff in July 2023.

Before joining the West AlabamaWorks team, Morgan interned in Nashville, Tennessee with the Tennessee Hospitality Association and Greater Nashville Hospitality Association as a Communications intern. Morgan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama in May 2022, majoring in Public Relations. In August 2023, Morgan graduated summa cum laude with her masters in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Alabama. 

Morgan is a native of Grove Hill, Alabama. Prior to attending the University of Alabama, Morgan attended Clarke County High School.
