Amy Harvell

Finance Manager, Workforce Development

Amy joined The Chamber's workforce development division, West AlabamaWorks, in June 2025.

In her current role, she oversees all financial and fiscal operations for the division. She is also responsible for managing the financials of all contracts and grants awarded to West AlabamaWorks, ensuring transparency, compliance, and strategic budgeting.

With a strong background in management, contract and grant administration, budget development, and policy implementation, she brings years of experience to the team. She also has a passion for event planning and organizational efficiency.

Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in Restaurant and Hospitality Management from The University of Alabama.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, her parents, and their three dogs and one cat.
