Alicia joined The Chamber in April 2018.

She oversees all membership events focused on business development, public policy, and community engagement. Alicia also manages every aspect of the Leadership Tuscaloosa program. Additionally, she serves as the primary staff liaison for several of The Chamber’s councils and committees.

Prior to joining The Chamber, Alicia worked in a range of areas including finance, office management, and human resources. A native of Kentucky, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Murray State University.
