Cassandra joined The Chamber's workforce development division, West AlabamaWorks, in November 2023.

In her current role, she is responsible for leading the outreach efforts, partnership developments and day-to-day management of the Black Belt Workforce Center in Demopolis. 

Cassandra received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of West Alabama. She later earned a Master’s in Business Administration and a Human Resource Management Graduate Certificate. 

Prior to joining The Chamber and West AlabamaWorks, Cassandra worked at Georgia-Pacific for many years in multiple roles. She also has years of retail experience, including her most recent role as an Area Sales Manager for Dillard’s. 

Cassandra is a Marengo County native, having grown up in the small town of Sweet Water, where she currently resides.
