Mandy joined the Chamber team in August 2024 as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Workforce Officer (CWO). She soon transitioned to the role of Business Industry Project Manager, where she plays a key role in engaging and motivating our industry partners in Construction and Healthcare to drive progress in West Alabama and the surrounding communities forward.

Prior to joining the Chamber team, Mandy worked for Delta Regional Authority (DRA) specializing in workforce and economic development in the Mississippi Delta and Alabama Black Belt Regions. She attended Shelton State Community College and holds certifications from Harvard Kennedy School’s Authentic Leadership Development program and Christian Brothers University’s Executive Community Leadership program. Additionally, she is a 2022 graduate of DRAs Executive Leadership Academy, Delta Leadership Institute.

Mandy and her husband, Jeremy, are natives of Tuscaloosa and live there with their two young sons, Sawyer and Oliver.
