Nicole joined the Chamber in September 2024 as Executive Assistant to the Chief Workforce Officer (CWO).

In her role, she serves as a key liaison, managing schedules, communications, and meetings, while also coordinating important events and projects. Nicole ensures the smooth flow of daily operations, maintains confidential information, and strengthens relationships with key partners, enabling the CWO to focus on strategic leadership.

Prior to joining the Chamber and West AlabamaWorks, Nicole held the position of Administrative Coordinator for Perioperative Services at DCH Regional Medical Center, where she retired after a distinguished career.

Nicole is a graduate of Shelton State Community College, earning an Associate of Science degree in Management and Supervision. She graduated summa cum laude from Stillman College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of West Alabama.
