Tracy has worked for the Chamber since May 1998. She is responsible for the financial affairs of the Chamber and its related entities, including the foundation and political action committee, as well as providing administrative support to the Finance Committee. Tracy also coordinates many aspects of the day-to-day operations, such as human resources.

Tracy previously worked for American Home Patient as the Data Entry Supervisor. She attended Shelton State Community College and the University of Alabama. Tracy is a 2002 graduate of Leadership Tuscaloosa.
