PROWD Case Manager, Workforce Development

Trinese joined The Chamber's workforce development division, West AlabamaWorks, in the Fall of 2024 as PROWD Case Manager. In her current role, she collaborates closely with the PROWD team to assist individuals involved in the reentry process by providing job readiness training, connecting them with employment opportunities, and supporting their successful transition back into the workforce and community.

Trinese is a native of Tuscaloosa and graduated summa cum laude with an associate of science degree in computer networking from Jefferson State Community College in Birmingham.

She is a member of the First African Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa, where she serves as the social media coordinator.

Trinese is active in the community, where she founded and serves on the executive committee for Outside the Walls, a ministry of 12 churches in downtown Tuscaloosa that partners with local and state resources for those reentering society from the criminal justice system. By sharing her personal life struggles, strengths, and successes, Trinese strives to be a beacon of light and hope for those reentering society.

On any given Saturday, you will find Trinese spending time with family, creating videos, or striving toward personal development.
