Turner started his journey as a full-time employee with West AlabamaWorks! in May of 2023, and his commitment and dedication have made him an indispensable part of our team. As the Lead Navigator for Region 3 in West Alabama, Turner is passionate about connecting individuals with meaningful career opportunities.

His story with West AlabamaWorks! began a year prior when he joined us as an intern, and it didn't take long for his talent and work ethic to shine through, leading him to a full-time role. Turner's educational background is equally impressive, having earned a bachelor’s degree in management with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Alabama in May of 2023. This academic achievement reflects his dedication to the field and his desire to contribute to the region's workforce development.

You can find Turner indulging in his favorite hobbies when he's not busy guiding and assisting individuals in their career paths. He loves hanging out with friends, hitting the golf course for a relaxing game, and exploring new destinations through travel.
