Leadership & Community Engagement

Some of the DBC-focused events we host each year include our diverse business mixers, roundtable discussions, and our annual Diversity Summit to discuss and share updates on DEI in the workplace. We also facilitate workshops and other educational opportunities to improve business skills, enhance knowledge, and seek funding sources.

The annual Diversity Summit is organized by the Chamber's Diverse Business Council. It will bring together subject matter experts to discuss diversity in the workplace and strategies to ensure stability and success.
