Overview
Discover how incorporating ChatGPT into your daily workflow and marketing initiatives can significantly enhance productivity, creativity, and efficiency, empowering you to streamline tasks and access valuable insights for better decision-making.
 

What You Will Learn:

  • Learn what ChatGPT is and how to set up an account and begin using ChatGPT.
  • Participants will learn how to leverage ChatGPT as a user-friendly, text-based AI tool to enhance productivity in day-to-day operations, including content writing, marketing efforts, brainstorming, and more.
  • Learn how to write effective ChatGPT prompts to obtain the best results.

At the conclusion of this 90-minute webinar, attendees will be equipped with actionable knowledge and insights to leverage ChatGPT in their day-to-day business as a versatile AI-powered assistant, helping them increase productivity and creativity. 
 
**Participants must install the ChatGPT program (not app) on your laptop or desktop in advance.  Visit chat.openai.com and sign up for an account using your email address, or a Google or Microsoft account. Once you're logged in, can use the ChatGPT chatbot. Donna will be teaching how to use the interface before moving into actually using ChatGPT.

Explore best practices of effective negotiation by learning to identify and apply optimal strategies that will build productive relationships in respective workplace environments. The process of effective negotiation will be introduced, including aspects of preparation, communication, meeting dynamics, bargaining, resolution, and relationship building. By applying a skillful approach through interest-based negotiation strategies, participants will create value in themselves and with others through intentional efforts to achieve personalized goals and enhance professional relationships.

What You Will Learn:
Attendees will be able to:

  • Identify perceptions, emotions, and excellent communication skills of a successful negotiator.
  • Describe various strategies to prepare for a negotiation or mediation process.
  • Create a meeting space that ensures a safe environment that encourages discussion and collaboration.
  • Develop an action plan that is acceptable to all parties.

Eligible participants completing this training will earn 2.0 SHRM Professional Development Credits.
